The Master Data Specialist is a member of the Business Intelligence team, responsible for creating and maintaining consistency and accuracy of the Master Data in Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, CRM and MDS. This position will perform data integrity checks and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and cleanliness. The role requires a high degree of detail orientation, and a “get it right the first time” drive.

Essential Functions:
- Initiate and support continuous improvement of processes.
- Handle issues from internal customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Builds positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Complete requests for master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks to ensure a high quality of master data.
- Ensure all requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation and comply with corporate requirements before they are implemented into the system.
- Proactively resolve Master Data issues to satisfy the customers and the businesses.
- Analyze and improve data quality, which includes creation, adjustment and running regular scheduled and ad-hoc data audit reports.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement of processes.

Educational Background: BA/BS

Experience: 3-5 yrs.

Language Skills: Ability to speak Spanish or French a plus

Additional Experience (Not Required):
- Experience in the retail industry a major plus
- Familiarity with financial and sales data and terminology a plus
