What will you be doing?
You will take care of our Stores and Partner as well as consumers across the EMEA Region. On the one hand you’ll assist our stores and Partners over the phone and email with their diverse inquiries. To deliver the best support you’ll be in close contact with other Departments regarding order processing and shipping. On the other hand you’ll answer questions about our products, promotions and handle product claims from our customers.

- You have basic knowledge about MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
